We definitely underestimated the difficulty in moving a 10 year old restaurant one block away. Maybe we had forgotten all the hoops you must jump through wearing red tape, or maybe we’re just dreamers- either way, obviously it is taking us a bit longer than we thought… but we’re excited and motivated to get Eloise 2.0 open asap!
